I then asked about her son - Jessica put me on hold and advised that she reinstated his coverage to show active and that it was an error on their end. I then told her that the subscriber has advised that the dependent is "handicapped" - she confirmed that they do not have him noted as a handicapped dependent and that I need to obtain and send a form in on him for review.
