ECONOMIC PACKAGE FOR PLUMBERS AND PIPEFITTERS LOCAL UNION NO. 9
Effective 7/1/25 -6/30/26

All of the Above Supervisory Rates are Respectively Based on 8%, 9% and 14% of the Journeyman Hourly Rate.
The Employer shall deduct from all Employees Net Pay $1.00 per hour paid for the Personal Fund and .15 per hour paid
for the Benevolent Fund, .55 per hour paid for the Political Action Fund, and .45 per hour paid for the Building Fund.
The Employer shall also deduct a Working Assessment of 3.5% of the Gross Wage plus $1.75 per hour for each hour paid
from the pay of each employee and remit with other Fringe Benefits. Included in the $1.75 is $.10 for the UA Organizing Fund.

FRINGE BENEFITS:
Journeyman, Foreman, Assistant General Foreman and General Foreman should
be paid as Listed Below.
APPRENTICE BENEFITS:
Should be paid in accordance with their above wage percentages. Except for the
Welfare Funds (A & B), International Training Fund, PAC Fund, and Benevolent Fund WHICH WILL BE PAID IN
FULL
