We currently have a Signatory Contractor Base that exceeds 700 members.  Many of these signatories are members of the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), Mechanical Service Contractors (MSCA), and several Independent Contractors who perform all facets of construction, maintenance, and design in the Mechanical Contracting Industry.  Local 9 has the ability to supply skilled manpower to meet the varied demands and the ever-changing technology of our field, to ensure our contractors remain competitive in the Industry.

Another key to our success is a solid partnership with our Signatory Contractors.  We negotiate fair "Collective Bargaining Agreements" that provide for a living wage, safe working conditions, educational opportunities, and a benefit package that ensures our members' health care and a pension health care, and a pension.  This harmonious relationship ensures that our customers get what they're paying for and deserve.  Quality work, on time, on budget, with Union Pride!
